Job Overview
Global Staffing Services is a recruiting processing organization that engages independent contractors across the United States for a client focused on building trust between companies, public authorities and consumers.
As an Independent Contractor (1099), you will conduct automotive inspections of physical inventories, document condition, identify serial/VIN numbers, reconcile missing vehicles, and submit timely reports via proprietary software. Contracts start at $40 and can increase based on availability.
Contract Requirements
Travel distances vary depending on location.
Conduct automotive inspections on physical inventories.
Use proprietary software to complete reports.
Identify equipment, locate serial/VIN numbers, and document changes or damages.
Reconcile missing vehicles and update records.
Submit completed reports within the given timeframe.
Contractor Skills & Qualifications
Proficient with computers and mobile applications on a smartphone or tablet.
Flexible schedule; available during business hours (Monday‑Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, high‑school diploma or GED.
Automotive experience (previous auto inspectors, insurance adjusters, mechanics, etc.) is required.
Professional business appearance, demeanor, and good communication skills.
Complete required online certification during onboarding.

Job Types: Contract, Part‑time, Full‑time.
Work Location: On the road within the contractor’s local radius.
Travel willingness: 75% of time.
Day range: Monday to Friday.
Shift: 8‑hour day shift.
Education: High school or equivalent (required).
License/Certification: Driver’s license (required).
