Pay:
$43–60 per reimbursed hour or session provided.
Sign‑On Bonus:
1–10 hours/week = $500 sign‑on bonus
11–19 hours/week = $1,000 sign‑on bonus
20+ hours per week = $1,500 sign‑on bonus

You will get paid even if a client is a no‑show
Supportive staff handles credentialing, scheduling, billing, new client caseload, office needs, etc.

Job Summary & Deliverables:
Create individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives.
Provide individual and group evidence‑based psychotherapy interventions.
Utilize evidence‑based interventions and tools to assist with treatment.
Assist with program support needs as necessary.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited university/college.
Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC.
2+ years of experience in social services.
2+ years of experience providing customer service.
Location: Holladay, UT.
Seniority Level: Entry level.
