CBRE Government & Defense Services . Receives, records and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers’ request for service on articles or utilities purchased from wholesale or retail establishments or utility company. Responsibilities
Records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered. Prepares work order and distributes to service crew. Schedules service call and dispatches service crew. Calls or writes customer to insure satisfactory performance of service. Keeps record of service calls and work orders. May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using radio telephone equipment. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Experience And Skill Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a dispatch or similar customer service center position. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to learn and master DMLSS-FM program. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Strong decision making and analytical skills. Strong work ethic and team player mentality. Work Environment
Be able to stand, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stretch for extended period of time. Be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.
