What You’ll Do:
Client Development
Build and grow client relationships through outreach and referrals
Lead discovery calls, pitch services, and negotiate contracts
Deliver tailored recruiting solutions that drive results
Candidate Placement
Source and place top‑tier executive and professional talent
Conduct structured interviews and present standout profiles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with strategic insight
What You Bring:
2+ years generating $250K+ in annual margin
Proven ability to build senior‑level relationships (up to C‑suite)
Results‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client management and service orientation
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office
Effective time management and multitasking skills
Entrepreneurial mindset: competitive, creative, and resourceful
