As our newest Benefits Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing employer-sponsored benefit programs for our clients, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to meet the needs of both our clients and their employees.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their benefit needs are met.
Benefit Plan Administration: Assist clients with benefit plan design, enrollment, and ongoing support.
Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.
Consultative Support: Provide expert guidance to clients on benefit options, coverage, and utilization.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Life & Health Insurance License in Texas is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in benefits administration, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing benefit plans, resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy in client communications.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools to support client interactions and internal processes.
