Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Health & Benefits Account Manager based in Richardson, TX. The Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of health and benefits accounts, including building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring optimal service delivery. The role involves developing benefit plan strategies, assisting with renewals, resolving claims or coverage issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Additionally, the Account Manager will stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Health & Benefits plans, including experience with employee benefits, claims resolution, and plan renewals.

Skills in client relationship management, customer service, and communication to address client needs effectively and professionally.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail for benefit plan strategy development and compliance with regulations.

Proficiency with insurance industry tools, software, and technology to support client account administration and reporting.

Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM, ACSR, etc.) or a willingness to obtain these certifications is preferred.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
