Key Responsibilities

Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.

Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

Cultivate strong, long‑lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.

Assist clients in understanding their coverages and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Stay updated on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.

Process invoices, resolve accounting discrepancies, assist during the claims process, and support proposals and special projects as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation within BCH systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Effectively manage ImageRight tasks and workflows following BCH standards.

Requirements

A client‑focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision‑making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry‑specific software.

5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid‑size commercial accounts.

Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.

An active Texas Agent’s License is required.

Education And Abilities

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
