Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, great-tasting food to guests.
Create a workplace that team members are enthusiastic about.
Develop and lead the team, refining culinary excellence and guest service.
Qualifications
Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (preferred).
Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression.
High school diploma or equivalent.
