What We Offer
Assistant salon managers can earn on average $13.00–$17.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus). Top‑performing managers can earn even more.

Responsibilities
Recruit, select, and orient salon staff.
Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff; coach, counsel, and correct employees.
Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
Monitor controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses to meet financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to maintain salon stability and reputation.
Manage tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, organized, and customer‑ready.
Build rapport with customers and create long‑term relationships.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
Safeguard and account for all money received, and manage banking requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail or customer‑service environment.
One‑year supervisory experience.
Ability to positively influence others.
Physical capability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Compensation $13 – $18+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus)
