What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with local educational institutions and crisis response teams to support effective crisis services
Verify compliance of crisis provider services with contract expectations and facilitate corrective actions as needed
Educate stakeholders on recognizing mental illness warning signs and implementing preventive measures
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for crisis services to improve care coordination
Provide on-call telephonic coverage for crisis consultation, ensuring timely responses to system partner issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the field
Licensure as a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or similar preferred
Expertise in crisis management and coordination with various system partners
Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on program outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Science
Experience in training and developing educational modules for stakeholders
Background in implementing crisis response programs and services
Familiarity with community-based services and peer support involvement
Knowledge of policies and procedures related to mental health referrals and service delivery
