About The Role Support our international growth as a GTM Recruiter, recruiting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success profiles. Work closely with business leaders to attract and select strategic talent that directly contributes to our go‑to‑market expansion.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand hiring needs and define tailored recruitment strategies.

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.

Source top GTM talent through direct outreach, job boards, events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across multiple markets.

Collaborate on employer branding efforts to effectively communicate our culture and values to potential candidates.

Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑hire, conversion rates) to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Stay up to date with market trends to attract and engage top‑tier candidates.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience recruiting GTM profiles in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments.

Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience handling high candidate volumes.

Passion for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles and a solid understanding of GTM KPIs and dynamics.

Proactive mindset, resilience, and a strong focus on achieving results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to recruiting.

Native‑level Italian.

Fluent English (C1).

German is a plus.
