About The Role What Will You Do?

Sales negotiation – manage a busy schedule of online and in‑person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness, articulating and demonstrating our value proposition.

Participation in trade fairs and events – attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and organize on‑site meetings with customers.

Business development – proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.

Data analysis and regular reviews – hone analytical skills by critically reading the pipeline using advanced sales tools.

Reach the monthly target – aim to exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.

What We’re Looking For

Good English skills (C2 level).

Team player with a winning mentality – consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.

Data‑driven thinking – analyze and interpret data to make quantitative decisions.

Desire to learn – attend on‑field coaching sessions and read sales books independently.

Experience in the role – 3–5 years in a SaaS, software, or services sales team with proven target success.

Organization – detail‑oriented, plan agenda meticulously, and update CRM timely.

Productivity – strong motivation to sell into the SME market with short, intense sales cycles.
