What Will You Do? As part of Smartness' sales team for the DACH market, you will support the expansion of Smartness through a variety of activities:
Sales negotiation – manage a busy schedule of online and in‑person appointments with potential prospects, articulating our value proposition.
Participation in trade fairs and events – attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and organize on‑site meetings with customers.
Business development – proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
Data analysis and regular reviews – analyse pipeline data using advanced sales tools.
Reach the monthly target – achieve and exceed the ARR target with an incentivising bonus plan.
What We’re Looking For?
German as a mother tongue.
Good English skills (B2 level).
Team player with a winning mentality – consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.
Data‑driven thinking – analyse and interpret data to make decisions and improve strategies.
Desire to learn – openness to coaching and reading materials to improve sales skills.
6‑12 months of previous sales experience in a SaaS, software or services role, exceeding sales targets.
Organised – detail‑oriented, plans agenda manually, updates CRM promptly.
Productive – strong motivation to sell into the SME market with short, intense sales cycles.
