What Will You Do?
Outbound Prospecting – Identify and engage high‑quality leads by reaching out to accommodation providers. Your main goal is to create qualified appointments through both company‑provided contact lists and direct prospecting of new opportunities.
Deliver Exceptional Experiences – You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, shaping their first impression of Smartness and contributing directly to our growth story.
Achieve Your Monthly Target – Your performance will be measured by the ARR generated through the opportunities you create, emphasizing quality and conversion rather than volume.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement – Sharpen your analytical mindset by monitoring and improving your pipeline performance using advanced sales tools.
Trade Shows & Events – Attend 1–2 trade shows per year, meet clients in person, and learn directly from the field.
Demonstrate Our Value Proposition – Clearly communicate how Smartness helps hospitality businesses grow, sparking enthusiasm and trust among prospects.

Strategic Sales Mindset – You understand how to approach complex organizations, identify key decision‑makers, and tailor your outreach to different stakeholder levels.
Business Acumen – You quickly grasp clients’ business models and challenges, positioning Smartness as a strategic partner rather than just a software solution.
Collaborative Approach – You work closely with Account Executives and Product Owners to build and qualify high‑value pipelines, ensuring alignment from first contact to closing.
Data‑Driven & Insight‑Oriented – You leverage CRM insights, market data, and sales intelligence tools to prioritize accounts and refine your strategy.
Resilience & Persistence – Enterprise sales cycles are long and complex – you stay motivated, disciplined, and consistent in your outreach and follow‑up.
Communication Excellence – You articulate Smartness’s value proposition to C‑level and senior decision‑makers confidently and clearly.
Experience in B2B SaaS Prospecting – You have 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or lead generation experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
Curiosity & Growth Mentality – You constantly learn from data, colleagues, and customers to sharpen your skills and evolve as a sales professional.
