Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
Positions PNC solutions to grow customer share of wallet and partner with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence.
Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools and resources.
Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and maintaining sound judgment within established limits.
