About the Role The Structural Engineer will be based in Egis Global Design Center in Bangkok, with a mission to support international projects. The person will be responsible for carrying out design of structures under the supervision of a Design or Project Manager.

Perform structural analysis and detailed design for various types of bridges, viaducts and other civil structures

Prepare design and calculation reports

Follow up with CAD and BIM production to be in accordance with the design performed

Prepare bill of quantity

Attend meetings, prepare /distribute meeting minutes

Prepare technical reports, progress reports and other documentations

Ensure quality of design deliverables including calculation reports and drawings

Be familiar and comply with the company’s Safety Policy and Quality Management System

The scope of Works covers, but is not limited to:

Bridge and viaduct structures (substructures and superstructures)

Elevated station structures (substructures and superstructures)

Port structures

Other civil structures

What do we need from you

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)

Minimum of 0-3 years' experience in design.

Appetency for bridge and structural design.

Knowledge of using international codes such as Eurocodes, ACI, AASHTO.

A first experience with a structural modelling software such as Sofistik, SCIA, Midas or similar

Pack Office skills – Mastery of Excel is a must (VBA is a plus).

Ability to work in an international context – Good level of English (speaking & writing)

Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude.

Ability to analyse and communicate, outstanding writing skills and synthesis spirit.
