Kansas City, KS Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM availability – hours vary with rotational weekends Traveling is required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Pay

Cover assigned territories at patient service centers, doctor’s offices, or other required sites Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing Collect specimens including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams Enter billing information and collect payment when required Coach, mentor, and instruct new employees; serve as resource advisor and on‑site point of contact Travel to additional sites as needed Qualifications
Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington Work Experience Five years of phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) Minimum 3 years in a patient service center environment preferred Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred Keyboard/data entry experience Ability to communicate effectively in English.
