Vehicle Sales Administrator Mike Albert Fleet Solutions is looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the Remarketing Team by managing vehicle sales transactions and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, drivers, and third-party buyers. The role ensures accurate documentation, pricing, and compliance throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Receives and responds professionally and promptly to inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding vehicle sales.

Serves as the primary contact for questions related to vehicle sales.

Determines vehicle pricing based on current payoff and third party industry guidebooks.

Communicates pricing and sale terms to requestors.

Completes and receives proper documentation to facilitate the sale of the vehicle(s).

Maintains sales status through company Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Ensures that proper funds are collected and deposited prior to completing title work.

Ensures accuracy of all sales prior to turning the sale information over to accounting.

Provides documentation and title to buyer at completion of sale process.

Collaborates with other departments to address and resolve internal inquiries related to vehicle sales.

Requirements

Minimum two years in a customer service environment that includes answering client phone calls and responding to email inquiries.

Prior experience in vehicle sales administration or customer service preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preference for some college.

Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
