As we expand across global markets, we’re seeking a proactive and organized EMEA Lead Generation Specialist to help accelerate our reach across the EMEA region by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities.
Role Overview The EMEA Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in supporting our international sales and marketing teams by sourcing high-quality leads across the education and training sectors. This position requires strong research skills, persistence, and a sharp eye for identifying decision-makers within institutions, ministries, schools, and corporate training departments.
You’ll help build the pipeline that fuels our global growth and will be directly involved in the earliest stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new leads within key EMEA markets in the education, government, and training sectors
Build and maintain lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, web scraping, CRM systems, and market directories
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (e.g., geography, organization type, buyer persona)
Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, following established messaging frameworks and templates
Set up appointments and discovery calls for the sales and leadership team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
Work closely with marketing to align lead gen activities with campaigns and content offers
Report on lead generation progress and KPIs weekly
Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on feedback and performance data
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience (1–3 years) in lead generation, business development, or sales support, preferably in EdTech or SaaS industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable using CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn for prospecting
Strong research and data entry skills; attention to detail is essential
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with international education systems (particularly in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa) is a plus
Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn
Preferred:
Additional languages (e.g., Italian, Arabic, German, or Spanish)
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo
Knowledge of education procurement cycles or ministry-level education outreach
