MCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking an Account Manager with 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales. Responsibilities:
Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking/billing). Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or semiconductors. At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge of semiconductor power devices and their applications. Proficient in office software and English communication. Familiar with quality tools and project management (PMP certified preferred). Why Join MCC:
