Movement Insurance is made up of passionate, talented and hardworking individuals who strive for excellence while demonstrating servant leadership in everything we do..**Primary Responsibilities Include:*** Build and maintain relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing* Develop and support cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new prospects* Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based, client-focused approach* Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect* Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions* Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate* Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals**Skills Preferred:*** Genuine enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping clients manage everyday risks and recover from the unexpected* Proven ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in completing tasks and meeting goals* Creative problem-solver with the confidence to effectively handle client escalations* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with a drive to meet and exceed individual sales targets* Strong customer service skills that enhance the overall sales process and client experience* Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth**Base salary range:** $40,000 to $55,000, plus new business commission**Earning potential:** Up to $100,000+ with commissions**Role Requirements:*** Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire* Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas* High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredThe expected salary range for this position is between:$40,000.00 - $55,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.**We also offer a benefits package that includes:*** Competitive pay* Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Critical Care, Hospitalization, HSA, FSA, DCFSA and QTE* Retirement plan: 401(k) and Roth* Paid Time Off: 16 days front loaded.
