Full Time Floor Leader - Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall Scottsdale, Arizona, United States Position: Full Time Floor Leader Hours: 30-39 hours Location: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall Job Overview: As a Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team across all business areas. You will drive sales, manage store opening/closing, analyze sales results, and lead training sessions. Your focus will be to create an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities: Driving Sales: Utilize the StoreForce dashboard to coach the sales team, adjust the shop floor structure, and meet sales goals. Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering a world‑class customer experience, including product demonstrations and exceeding daily sales goals. Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and promote community engagement initiatives. Product Passion: Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations. Team Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge. Diversity and Inclusion: Encourage open communication and foster belonging. Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash handling, opening/closing register, reconciliations and nightly deposits. Time and Attendance: Model attendance and punctuality and monitor employee breaks. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store. Stock and Inventory: Train team on inventory best practices and support management with inventory tasks. Policies and Procedures: Support compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace and health and safety. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, supervisory coaching, problem‑solving and a fast‑paced team environment. Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business. Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs including evenings, weekends and holidays. Preferred: Experience with consultation‑based customer service models. Experience analyzing sales metrics. Experience working in skincare or cosmetics. Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB training. Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.
