Real Estate & Leasing Senior Associate Attorney

About the Role:

A growing Real Estate practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related real estate agreements.
• Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
• Represent franchisees in reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers.
• Assist with acquisitions of assets and general corporate matters as needed.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate law.
• Substantial experience with commercial leasing and broader real estate transactions.
• Experience with franchise agreements and franchisee representation is highly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, and manage complex matters with minimal supervision.
