As their recruiting partner, we’re helping them hire a Salesforce Engineer to power the core operational platform supporting clinical teams, care coordinators, and patient engagement tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions that power day-to-day operations for clinical and care coordination teams.

  • Develop and enhance business logic, automation, and APIs that connect Salesforce to internal web and mobile applications.

  • Take ownership of Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Salesforce DX and related tools.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to scope technical designs aligned with business goals.

  • Manage development, testing, and deployment workflows; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Participate in agile sprint cycles, ensuring code quality and on-time delivery.

  • Support system stability through recurring operational shifts and proactive monitoring.

  • Follow Salesforce best practices and maintain compliance across development, testing, and production environments.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer.

  • Strong command of Apex , Flows , and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC) .

  • Experience developing and maintaining integrations using REST and SOAP APIs .

  • Proficiency with Salesforce DX , GitHub , JIRA , and DevOps toolchains.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset — able to partner closely with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification.

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud .

  • Familiarity with Copado or other release management tools.

  • Background in healthcare, telehealth, or another highly regulated industry.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (depending on experience).

  • Equity: Competitive equity and/or performance-based bonuses may be offered.
