- Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible and fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon to join our growing team in the beautiful cities of Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Irvine, California. Placement will be discussed during the interview process.
- The Foot and Ankle Surgeon/Physician will be one of two Foot and Ankle Physicians in the practice.
- The position will be considered a full-time salaried position dependent upon experience and consideration for partnership will occur upon 24 months.
- Trauma call is 3 to 4 call days per month covering a community Emergency room.
- We are searching for MDs only, not DPMs.
- 15 days accrued of paid time off.
- 6 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- The first two years are considered building years and include a guaranteed salary with production-based bonus.
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan.
- Reimbursement for CME, licensures and certifications, membership dues, and business-related cell phone charges and mileage.
- Malpractice coverage paid by the practice.
