Series B, AI‑centric startup

I’m partnering with a fast‑scaling, sales‑led technology company to hire a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst who will sit at the intersection of data, systems, and executive decision‑making .

What They’re Looking For

They’re seeking someone with 2–3+ years of experience in a highly analytical, strategic, or systems‑driven role who can operate comfortably in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has strong Salesforce expertise and enjoys building systems, not just maintaining them
  • Thinks in terms of executive decision frameworks, not just dashboards
  • Has partnered closely with senior sales or revenue leaders
  • Can independently query data, manipulate datasets, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Bonus points for experience at larger, mature sales organizations, where best practices and rigor were required

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, opinionated (with data), and comfortable pushing back when insights demand it.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to Sales and Revenue leadership, working directly with the VP of Sales
  • Support annual and quarterly GTM planning, including:
    • Territory design
    • Capacity planning
    • Quota setting
    • Forecasting
  • Architect Salesforce as the operational control center for a fast‑growing, sales‑led GTM organization
  • Build and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports, and Dashboards
  • Identify leverage points to deploy automation and AI‑driven workflows that reduce manual sales and operations work
  • Drive executive decision‑making through clear analytics and synthesized insights
  • Challenge assumptions and push back on sales leadership when necessary, using data to support recommendations

Why This Role

  • High visibility and direct access to senior leadership
  • Real ownership over how sales systems and strategy scale
  • Opportunity to influence GTM decisions, not just report on them
  • Strong exposure to Salesforce architecture, automation, and modern RevOps practices
