Join us at Soar Autism Center as a Behavior Therapist. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum through the Early Start Denver Model and play‑based ABA therapy to empower them toward their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards.
Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with advances in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications
Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training provided).
Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with them.
Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential.
Physical ability to sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to keep up with clients.
Computer and tablet literacy.
Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
What We Offer
$21.00 – $28.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; initial offer hourly pay between $21.00 and $22.50.
