We are looking for a strategic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters supporting our high‑growth Sales organization across the Americas. Our Sales organization brings together skilled account executives, as well as all sales planning, operations, insights, strategic business development, and technical roles, enabling sales efficacy. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader with deep expertise in partnering with complex, multi‑skilled organizations. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high‑performing teams in the technology sector. Our Sales organization is constantly evolving and leveraging the use of AIML to improve sales effectiveness – experience in leading teams who hire for in‑demand skill sets would be highly advantageous. You will work closely with VP‑level Sales leaders, cross‑functional partners, and HR leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent to drive our growth.

Description Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on hiring top sales talent across the Americas, supporting roles from early‑career to senior leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to VP‑level executives and senior sales leaders, providing consultative support on sourcing strategies, scalable hiring, restructuring processes and talent intelligence/pipelining in new skill areas as required. Collaborate with Recruiting Leadership and cross‑functional partners across HR, Finance, Compensation and Legal, to align hiring with headcount plans and business priorities. Build and execute tailored, data‑driven recruiting strategies that attract world‑class talent in a highly competitive tech market. Own and drive key recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership. Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring consistency, clarity, and inclusivity throughout the hiring journey. Support the development of scalable programs and processes that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the recruiting team. Partner with recruiting marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness in the sales and tech landscape across AMR.

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.

Proven success in leading recruitment for a diverse range of roles, preferably across the breadth of sales including account executives, business development, sales strategy, operations, and technical sales functions.

Strong track record of executive‑level stakeholder management and influencing business leaders.

Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally to drive alignment and solve complex organizational challenges.

Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape across the Americas region.

Analytical and metrics‑oriented, with a passion for data‑informed decision making.

Strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices and team culture.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of how sales teams operate (e.g. quotas, compensation plans, sales cycles, CRM tools) can help align hiring with business needs and better assess candidate fit.

Ability to lead teams through change (e.g. change in skill requirements, changing needs of the sales organization, new processes/technologies) is especially valuable in scaling or evolving sales orgs.

Understanding of the cultural and regulatory differences across countries in the Americas region.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
