As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of multiple Sonic drive-ins, oversee General Managers and employees, and ensure quality food service in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to provide guests with an enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include: Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards. Overseeing employees in various stations such as Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, and Drive-Thru, depending on store volume. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to your supervisor. Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and guest service. Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions as needed. Auditing employment and payroll records. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated requests and complaints appropriately. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members. Approving employee and management compensation within guidelines. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues. Implementing regional marketing plans. Additional Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred. Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Experience managing multiple units is a plus. Availability to work at least five days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and health regulations.
