Overview 3PL Worldwide is a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics provider offering warehousing, D2C and B2B fulfillment, and same-day/next-day shipping solutions. We’re hiring a senior sales leader to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Sell warehousing and fulfillment services (D2C & B2B)

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting through close

Lead executive-level sales conversations

Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline

Partner with Operations and Finance to deliver scalable, profitable solutions

Requirements

5+ years selling warehousing & fulfillment services (3PL experience required)

Proven success closing complex fulfillment deals

Strong understanding of pallet storage, pick/pack pricing, and shipping SLAs

Executive presence; strong negotiation skills

CRM-based, metrics-driven sales approach
