The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead enterprise adoption of our AI-based customer engagement and decision intelligence solutions across Germany and the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives in telecom and adjacent industries, leveraging AI/ML-powered SaaS platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Sales Leadership : Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead identification to quota achievement.
Solution Positioning : Articulate and demonstrate AI product capabilities (predictive models, decisioning engines, real-time personalization, automation workflows) to solve customer pain points.
Executive Engagement : Build strong relationships with C-level executives (CMO, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Analytics, Product Heads) using ROI-driven narratives.
Discovery Workshops : Assess customer data maturity, AI adoption roadmap, and define tailored use‑case requirements.
Industry Expertise : Showcase deep understanding of AI/ML applications in telecom — including churn prediction, customer lifecycle management, cross‑sell/upsell, next best action, and revenue acceleration.
Solution Mapping : Align customer requirements with our AI and analytics capabilities to ensure precise solution fit.
Cross‑functional Collaboration : Partner with product, pre‑sales, and data science teams to design customized AI‑led engagement solutions.
Proposal Development : Prepare customer‑centric proposals, commercial models (SaaS, subscription, outcome‑based), and business cases.
Proven track record of
10+ years in enterprise sales leadership .
Fluent in
German
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
AI/ML‑driven SaaS solutions .
Experience in
telecom or adjacent industries
preferred.
Must be a
German citizen , based in Germany or the Netherlands.
