Base Pay Range $62,000.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop hourly Associates, providing hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Hold associates accountable by analyzing reports and implementing asset protection and safety controls.

Maintain quality assurance, oversee safety and operational reviews, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies.

Manage the financial performance of the assigned area – create budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure sales and profit goals are met.

Collaborate with opening and closing managers to ensure smooth transition and adherence to procedures.

Elevate member experience through service level compliance, merchandise presentation, and prompt issue resolution.

Support food safety standards, cold‑chain compliance, and product quality management.

Coordinate job‑related activities and initiatives with key stakeholders to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

2 or more years of college; or

1 year of retail experience with 6 months supervisory experience; or

2 years' general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience; or

1 year of Sam's Club experience; or

3 years' military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Environmental Compliance or related field.

Retail profit & loss statement management experience.

Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
