Assignment Length: 18 months

Hours/Days of Work: 15 hours per week

Job Description: This position will own the process for arranging payments to non-legal/non-outside counsel-related suppliers through Purchase Orders (POs), Payment Requisitions, and P-Card. It ensures compliance with No Pay/No PO Policy and provides clarity on roles, tools, and procedures to streamline supplier payment workflows.

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree

# of Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Hardware / Software Knowledge Needed: Will need to utilize SSS for process (not mandatory pre req but will be helpful)

POs are already created, inform Adecco on type of request – PO will be created upon approval of candidate

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
