About The Role Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and supporting clinic success by:
Synthesizing pertinent information from a patient's referral, medical records, imaging, intake forms and subjective history.
Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and gait analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements and patient concerns and goals.
Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care that incorporate the patient's goals and expected outcomes.
Utilizing evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback and other modalities.
Evaluating and documenting patient progress, utilizing outcomes to drive results and modifying the plan as needed.
Educating patients about what to expect from the recovery process and how to cope with challenges.
Following up with patients to ensure better adherence to the plan.
Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies and expand access to patients.
Providing clinical instruction to at least one student rotation per year after the first year of treatment in the specialty area.
Other tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Achieve
Serve as many patients as possible who need care with high‑quality physical therapy at Origin.
Facilitate care that creates meaningful outcomes in partnership or mentorship with other PTs and/or providers.

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California (new grads welcome).
Interest in women’s health, pelvic floor physical therapy.
Bonus Points
Pelvic floor physical therapy experience or certification (not required, but we love it).
Pay Range 80,000 – 120,000 USD per year (Brentwood).
