Job Responsibilities Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and safe Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks) Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Qualifications
Required:
Previous apartment maintenance experience Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
EPA or HVAC certification Familiarity with property management systems
