Responsibilities
Work closely with the Growth & Development Team to follow our current five‑step recruiting process to qualify candidates
Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, job boards, and high‑volume cold calling
Create a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future
Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the candidate tracking system (Salesforce)
Recruiter Qualifications
SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred – high school diploma required
2+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting
Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required (training provided), MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
Commensurate with experience (range base is $100,000.00 per year, plus potential bonus)
