What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems to physicians and staff
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical aspects of CAS products and procedures
Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify sales opportunities and conduct customer training
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel within assigned territory, including potential overnight travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven success in technical training roles
Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or in a clinical sales environment providing technical/clinical support
