Senior Tax Accountant-Top Brand Real Estate Company-Excellent Growth!
A reputable, top‑brand real estate investment company is seeking a sharp Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing in‑house tax team. This is a collaborative culture with a proven track record of rewarding and encouraging internal career advancement.
$100‑$130K (base + full annual bonus)
*Hybrid 3 days/week in office*
Responsibilities
Review federal, state, and local tax returns for real estate partnerships and related entities
Oversee complex partnership, corporate, and disregarded entity tax work prepared by staff and third‑party firms
Act as a trusted reviewer and point of escalation on technical and process‑related matters
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
Support investor‑level tax reporting and annual deliverables
Participate in the internalization of tax compliance work and process improvement initiatives
Research tax law developments, respond to tax notices, and support special projects
Mentor junior professionals and contribute to a high‑performing, detail‑oriented tax function
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment
Strong working knowledge of partnership and corporate federal and state taxation
CPA and/or advanced tax degree preferred
Comfortable operating independently in a deadline‑driven, highly collaborative environment
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment
