mid-sized insurance defense law firm , with offices across 12 states and headquartered in beautiful Scottsdale, is seeking a
full-time Entry-Level Accounting/Collections Specialist
to join our dynamic team. Youll work closely with our
30-person accounting department , primarily based in Scottsdale, and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment. What We're Looking For Were searching for someone who thrives on solving problems and getting results. If youre organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have excellent written communication skills, this might be the perfect role for you! Heres what would make you a great fit: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfort working with numbers and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and basic computer skills (Salesforce experience is a plus!). A willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow with us. Whether youre a
recent graduate
or someone with a degree or interest in
business, finance, accounting, or law , we encourage you to apply.
No prior experience? No problemwell provide comprehensive training. What Youll Be Doing As part of our team, youll: Review and follow up on outstanding invoices, focusing on accounts over 90 days old. Maintain and update Excel sheets with client and matter details while logging collection efforts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues affecting unpaid invoices. Contact clients and insurance adjusters via email and phone using a
