We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead the firm’s marketing function, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and revenue-generating initiatives.

We cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven environment. This position will partner closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and sales team to build a sophisticated, data-driven marketing engine.

Position Overview The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the firm’s full marketing ecosystem, including digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, CRM/funnel management, customer segment strategy and brand positioning. This individual will be responsible for building and optimizing a scalable marketing funnel that drives measurable growth, enhances client engagement, and strengthens the firm’s national presence.

This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on analytics, ROI tracking, and aligning marketing initiatives with clear sales objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager will also manage external vendors, marketing technologies, and internal coordination across offices and practice groups. Role will report to VP of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals.

Collaborate with sales to drive full-funnel marketing engine from awareness through conversion, using CRM systems (Salesforce) and lead tracking.

Drive inbound and outbound marketing initiatives with clear performance metrics.

Own customer segmentation strategy and implementation

Oversee website strategy, UX, and conversion optimization.

Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and digital presence.

Maintain legal directory listings and local SEO initiatives.

Content Marketing & Brand Development

Lead content strategy including articles, newsletters, and thought leadership.

Manage attorney content initiatives and brand consistency.

Oversee social media presence and marketing collateral.

Manage online reputation and attorney profiles.

Coordinate PR initiatives and award submissions.

Plan conferences, sponsorships, and client events.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

Track performance using analytics and CRM data.

Manage marketing budgets and ROI reporting.

Oversee marketing technology and internal alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree ideally in business related field

7+ years of marketing experience, with leadership preferred.

Experience in professional services or legal industry preferred.

Strong experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and high bandwidth
