North Plainfield, New Jersey, United States Remote (U.S.-based only) Full-time Intro: Remote opportunity supporting a fast-growing provider of innovative staffing and workforce solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in professional staffing and a hunter mindset. The focus is on new client acquisition across mid-size and enterprise markets, with offerings that include direct hire, contingent staffing, and managed service programs. Role Summary: Seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to lead new business development within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise accounts and is well-connected within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions space. This role is 100% remote with occasional travel to industry events. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and close new accounts across Fortune 1000 and mid-market segments Manage full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding Promote direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP-style services Build and maintain long-term client relationships at multiple decision-making levels Represent the company at key staffing industry conferences and events Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.) Proven ability to acquire new business in staffing or managed services Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or VMS models preferred Strong relationships within talent acquisition, procurement, and workforce program communities Confident communicator with consultative sales skills and strategic thinking Must be tech-savvy and proficient with Zoom, CRM tools (Dynamics preferred), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Willingness to travel 23 times annually for conferences Additional Information: Must reside in the U.S. This is a remote role with autonomy and high visibility in a collaborative team environment
