Job Summary D1 Training Gainesville is seeking a high‑energy, goal‑driven Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a go‑getter who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, is motivated by performance‑based earnings, and isn’t afraid to set, hit, and beat sales goals.
You will be responsible for selling personal training and group training services, closing in‑facility appointments, nurturing leads, and representing the D1 brand in the community to generate organic, offline leads.
Key Responsibilities
Take and close in‑facility sales appointments for personal training, small group, and team training services
Make outbound calls and follow up with scheduled appointments quickly and consistently
Prescribe and sell the right training solution based on each client’s goals
Accurately log notes, contacts, and follow‑ups in the CRM
Attend local business, networking, and community events to represent D1 Gainesville and generate new leads
Collaborate with coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to the turf
Schedule Expectations
Appointments are primarily in the late afternoons and evenings (4:00–8:00 PM)
Schedule is otherwise flexible
Ability to attend networking and community events outside the facility
Qualifications
Bonus if you can bring existing clients; commission paid on clients who begin training at D1 Gainesville
1+ year of sales experience (fitness, personal training, or service‑based sales preferred)
Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
Confident, energetic communicator — in person, on the phone, and in the community
Self‑starter who takes ownership of results
Organized and detail‑oriented with follow‑up and lead management
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
Dependable transportation
