
Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Sales

We are seeking a
Senior Enterprise Account Executive
to drive new logo acquisition and enterprise expansion across all industries. This role is ideal for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in hyper‑growth startup environments, enjoys selling complex technology, and wants to operate at the forefront of AI, data, and analytics.
You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through close and expansion—partnering closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Account Management to deliver measurable value to enterprise customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement to close and expansion
Build and execute strategic account plans for complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise customers
Develop trusted relationships with executive buyers, data leaders, architects, and practitioners
Clearly articulate Coginiti’s value across analytics, data engineering, governance, and AI readiness
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling demonstrations and technical validation
Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM
Provide field feedback to influence product direction and go‑to‑market strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of enterprise sales experience , with a consistent record of exceeding quota
5+ years of experience in the AI, data, and analytics ecosystem , including one or more of: ETL / ELT platforms, data transformation and modeling, metadata catalogs and data governance, BI and analytics platforms, data warehouses and cloud data platforms, AI and machine learning tooling
Proven success selling to large, complex enterprises across multiple industries
Experience thriving in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments
Deep understanding of consultative, value‑based solution selling and enterprise sales methodologies, including
Sandler Sales ,
MEDDPICC , and
Challenger
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
Self‑starter mentality with high ownership, curiosity, and a hunger to continuously learn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence

COMPENSATION AND PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY Coginiti is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Coginiti anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $250,000 to $500,000. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a variable commission plan aligned to enterprise revenue targets. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity.
