Roundsman Line Cook .
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Summary: The Roundsman Line Cook is a versatile culinary professional responsible for supporting multiple kitchen stations during service and prep periods. This position ensures consistency, speed, and quality by filling in where needed, assisting station cooks, and maintaining established food standards. The Roundsman plays a critical role in smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
Ability to work multiple stations confidently and efficiently
Strong knife skills and working knowledge of cooking techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude
