You’ll Be Responsible For:

Identifying and researching public‑sector prospects across government, education, and utilities

Executing outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest

Qualifying leads by uncovering needs related to budgeting, procurement, grants, and compliance

Engaging decision‑makers and stakeholders to understand challenges and buying processes

Booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives

Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems

Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Staying informed on public‑sector trends, funding cycles, and regulatory environments

Consistently meeting or exceeding goals for activity, pipeline, and meetings‑set targets

Key Characteristics for New Hires:

Strong communicator who can clearly explain complex solutions to public‑sector stakeholders

Naturally curious and research-driven, with the ability to understand government structures and funding models

Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and navigating multi‑stakeholder environments

Organized and process‑oriented, with strong follow‑through and CRM discipline

Resilient and self‑motivated, able to handle long sales cycles and high‑volume outreach

Consultative mindset focused on solving problems, not just booking meetings

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Experience with outbound prospecting tools (email, phone, LinkedIn) and CRM systems

Ability to research accounts, understand organizational structures, and identify decision‑makers

Comfort learning complex products and explaining value in a clear, concise way

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail

Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback

Results‑driven attitude with the ability to manage activity‑based goals
