Position Summary The primary function of this position is to drive sales growth for the Company’s portfolio of products and services within a geographic area. The Inside Sales Specialist leverages industry and product knowledge to champion the Company’s value proposition within strategically aligned customer bases. The ISS proactively engages existing, new, and target customers to increase our industry footprint. Daily functions include outbound calls, processing customer orders and quotes, and more.

Essential Functions

Proactively engage with new, existing, and potential customers to build relationships.

Hunt for new business and make outbound sales, including cold calls.

Sell the Core 4 Product Categories – Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum (Drywall), and Siding.

Develop and drive strategic growth strategies to better manage customer accounts.

Utilize product knowledge and market awareness to represent the Company’s products and services.

Acquire knowledge of market conditions and competitive landscape; use this to navigate competitive situations and negotiations.

Act as a key point of contact for sales quoting, order management, and order confirmations.

Educate and advise customers on market trends and challenges, becoming a trusted advisor.

Interact daily with the sales team to strategize market share growth.

Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.

Requirements – Experience & Education

1‑3 years of sales experience with outbound calls/cold calling.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience in the building products industry is helpful.

Up to 10% travel.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to pass drug test and background verifications.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
