Overview The Inside Sales Specialist drives sales growth across a geographic region by leveraging industry and product knowledge to champion our value proposition, engage existing and new customers, and increase our sales footprint. Daily duties include outbound calling, order processing, quoting, and more.
Essential Functions
Proactively engage new, existing, and potential customers to build relationships.
Hunt for new business and make outbound sales, including cold calls.
Sell our Core 4 Product Categories: Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum, and Siding.
Develop and drive strategic growth strategies for customer accounts.
Utilize product knowledge and market awareness to represent our products.
Assess market conditions and competitive landscape; negotiate to secure the highest price.
Serve as key contact for sales quoting, order management, and confirmations.
Educate and advise customers with deep market knowledge and trends, becoming a trusted advisor.
Collaborate daily with the sales team to grow market share.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: Experience and Education
1–3 years of sales experience with outbound calls/cold calling.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience in the building products industry helpful.
Up to 10% travel.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass drug test and background checks.
Minimum age 18 years.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Physical Demands The job requires sitting, reaching, speaking, and hearing. Vision required: close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus. Flexibility for bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching; static strength to lift, push, pull, or carry. Steady arm‑hand control and manual dexterity are also required.
