What You’ll Do As a Store Manager, you’ll inspire a high‑performance sales team, manage store operations, and ensure a memorable customer experience. Your success will directly impact store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive success: Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair.
Lead & inspire: Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance.
Recruit & manage: Hire, train, and guide employees, including tough personnel decisions when needed.
Manage operations: Oversee scheduling, store operations, compliance, and inventory.
Lead by example: Provide role‑plays and hands‑on coaching during customer interactions.
Elevate customer experience: Participate in transactions and create memorable moments.
Onboard new hires: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new employees.
Uphold standards: Maintain Alliance Mobile’s high standards and expect the same from your team.
Communicate: Keep in sync with the Alliance Mobile community and stakeholders.
Work hours: 45‑50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirement: Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience.
Proven record of surpassing sales goals and delivering top‑tier customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfort with technology, including computers, wireless devices, and related tools.
