Wireless Retail Sales Manager | Alliance Mobile – AT&T Authorized Retailer
Join us as a Wireless Retail Sales Manager at Alliance Mobile, one of the largest AT&T Authorized Retailers with 300+ locations. In this role, you’ll lead our sales team in Owings Mills, MD, manage store operations, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Base pay range:
$40,500 - $75,000 per year (plus commission and bonuses)

Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires.

What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams.
Proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top‑tier customer service.
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm.
Comfort with tech – computers, wireless devices, and related equipment.
