Development of the
technical basis for intellectual property
within a new
purchasing contract
between
Family Care Business Unit
and
Valmet. Specifically, we need a resource that can: 1. Review the technical basis
for Family Care’s intellectual property as it relates to Valmet supplied converting equipment. 2. Ensure continuity
with the terms and protections outlined in the current papermaking CDA with Valmet. 3. Support R&D, PS and Legal in the drafting and technical framing
of the new purchasing agreement to safeguard Family Care’s proprietary converting technologies and equipment procurement strategies. Skills required: ·Mastery in paper product design and CPN (structure Paper) technology basis ·Mastery in papermaking process development, and manufacturing equipment ·Mastery in tissue/towel converting process and manufacturing equipment ·Expert knowledge of CPN Secret technology ·Experience in the development of Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) specifically in the areas of IP protection, confidentiality and inventorship rights associated with P&G/ Family Care’s proprietary CPN papermaking technology. P&G’s freelancer opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
